On Saturday morning everyone will be getting busy in our Great British Cake-off workshop, followed by an afternoon of making curries from around the world. Saturday night is our popular Tapas Social workshop, which is a perfect opportunity to enjoy a few glasses of wine while you cook! Our Sunday starts with learning the science of Bread making, (whilst baking 3 delicious breads), followed by another Macaron workshop, then finishing the weekend with Sri Lankan Street Food (if you’ve wanted to do this, sorry it’s almost fully booked until June – But we will be adding more dates next week!!!)
We still have some spaces on our next Hummus lunch class, running on the 4th of Feb, it’s a fun way to start the weekend, and you’ll even come away with your own book! Get your tickets here.
Next Monday evening is the start of our Essential Skills cookery course, perfect for new cooks or anyone looking to increase their recipe repertoire. There is a delicious menu each week, which allows you to try out a range of cooking techniques, finishing each week with a delicious meal to sit down to!
This workshop is fully booked, but we do have spaces on the next course, starting Monday the 28th of March – Book tickets here.
