Mummified Sausage Rolls…
Looking for something spooky to cook with the kids in time for Halloween? Check out these delicious ‘mummified’ Sausage rolls!

- 1 tsp Runny honey
- 1 tsp tomato ketchup
- ¼ tsp Dijon mustard
- 1/3 pack puff pastry
- 3 pork chipolatas
- Milk to glaze
1.Pre-heat oven to 200C/180C fan/gas 6 and line a tray with baking parchment.
2. Mix the honey, ketchup and mustard together in a bowl, then brush over the chipolata sausages.
3. Lightly flour your surface and rolling pin Roll out pastry into a rectangle about the thickness of a £1 coin and cut into three long rectangle, 1cm from the edge of the pastry, cut long horizontal strips through to the other side of the pastry
4. Place the sausage on the strip of pastry which was not cut and wind the little pastry strips around the chipolatas, leaving a little gap at one end to make a slit for the eyes! Brush with milk.
5. Place on baking trays and bake for 20 mins. Cool a little, then, using the mustard, dot a pair of little yellow eyes on to each mummy. Eat straight away!
