Kitchen Classics Course – for those wanting to learn the basics.

Have you seen our Kitchen Classics Course running in January? This 3 week course is perfect for anyone looking to gain more confidence in the kitchen; learn some easy, adaptable recipes and enjoy fun hands-on cooking with a friendly group.

Over the 3 week course, running on Tuesday evenings, you will learn about meat and vegetable preparation, oven roasting, baking, pan frying, making a red sauce, making a white sauce, presentation ideas, serving suggestions and kitchen equipment. Everything is hands-on so you’ll be cooking each dish, building confidence to cook again at home.
