Happy New Year!

We have come back feeling refreshed after our Christmas break, and looking forward to cooking and baking with you in 2019. Our Taste of Marrakesh workshop was a popular Christmas gift, and we look forward to teaching our favourite caramelised onion and chicken tagine and roasted carrot dip to tonight’s group to enjoy with their BYOB!

We’re also getting really excited about our brand new Taste of Bilbao workshop, come for an evening of creating and eating Pintxos – works of art. Just like the ones we sampled in Bilbao last year, breads will be topped with a delicious foods ranging from crispy croquettes to melting goats cheese…bring a bottle, this is sure to be a fun night! Our first date is fully booked, but we have a new date just added.

For those of you lucky enough to receive gift vouchers, we’ve got plenty of workshops to choose from running evenings Tuesday through to Saturday; and daytime on Friday, Saturday and Sundays. If you have New Year’s resolutions to start, why not learn how to make your own chocolate bowls or how to joint a whole chicken. We look forward to cooking with you soon!
