Come and join us to make and eat three delicious French-inspired dishes! With classic flavours and techniques this workshop will allow you to be more confident in the kitchen so you can impress family and friends with a certain je ne sais quoi…
The menu: Sirloin steak served with lemon and parmesan rocket salad – Parmentier potatoes – Pudding au chocolat
Workshop Length: 2 hours + 30 minutes dining.
Level/ Suitable for: Beginners to intermediate. Perfect for those interested in French cuisine and cooking meat /extending their recipe repertoire.
Skills/ techniques/ content covered: knife skills, vegetable prep, making a simple dressing, pan frying, cooking steak, adapting recipes, basic baking principles, dessert making.
Age suitability: 18 years upwards.
Suitable for: Meat eaters! For any special dietary requirements, please contact us before booking.
Workshop Frequency: Approximately quarterly.
What to bring: Just yourself! If you fancy, you may want to bring a bottle of wine or some beer to enjoy with the food and whilst cooking.
Please note: All dishes are cooked in pairs. Tickets are sold in pairs due to the nature of how the dishes are prepared. This is a dine-in workshop.
All courses and workshops include tuition, ingredients, packaging and recipe cards as well as provision of equipment and an apron during the session.
Please contact us before booking on if you have any special dietary needs as we endeavor to adapt recipes for special diets, however we are not always able to substitute ingredients.
