Our Pâtisserie Masterclass is perfect for those who want to recreate the delightful pastries enjoyed in French Pâtisseries!
The menu: Crème brûlée mille-feuille – Choux au caramel salé (Salted caramel Choux buns)
Level/ Suitable for: Beginners to intermediate. Those with an interest in baking/ patisserie/ desserts.
Skills/ techniques/ content covered: Choux pastry, piping, baking, crème pâtissière, crème diplomat, using cooks blow torch, finishing.
Age suitability: 16 years upwards (or 14/ 15 years if accompanied by a full paying adult over the age of 18 years).
Suitable for: Vegetarians. Can be adapted, with notice, for a gluten-free diet, however please note other customers will be using gluten-containing ingredients during the workshop therefore we are unable to guarantee zero trace of gluten. Please advise at time of booking in ‘additional information’ at checkout if you would like this menu adapted. There is a £2.50 supplement for this option. For any other special dietary requirements, please contact us before booking.
Workshop Length: 3 hours.
Workshop Frequency: Once a quarter.
What to bring: Feel free to bring along your own tin or tupperware to package your goodies. Packaging will also be available.
Please note: The choux pastry and crème pâtissière/ crème diplomat are made in pairs. Ready- made all butter puff pastry is provided.

All courses and workshops include tuition, ingredients, packaging and recipe cards as well as provision of equipment and an apron during the session.
