DIY Pizza & Dine
22nd February, from 6:30 pm to 9:00 pm
Come along to Little Kitchen and lean how to make you own pizza base and sauce from scratch, why not bring a bottle of wine or beer to enjoy whilst you cook?
The menu: Pizza!
Level/ Suitable for: Beginners to intermediate. Those with an interest in baking/ bread making/ making meals.
Skills/ techniques/ content covered: bread ingredients, mixing, kneading, rising, shaping, baking, making a tomato sauce..
Age suitability: 16 years upwards.
Suitable for: Vegetarians and vegans. For any other special dietary requirements, please contact us before booking.
Tutor: Madeleine, Louise or Dot.
Workshop Length: 2.5 hours.
Workshop Frequency: Once every couple of months.
What to bring: Just yourselves and a bottle of beer or wine if you wish!

All courses and workshops include tuition, ingredients, packaging and recipe cards as well as provision of equipment and an apron during the session.
