Join us for our Curry Club lunch and make a delicious Chicken jalfrezi using your freshly blended garam masala and enjoy with simple fresh chapatis, learning the tips and tricks behind these Indian classics.
The menu: Chicken Jalfrezi – chapatti
Level/ Suitable for: Beginners to intermediate. Those with an interest in Asian cuisine/ expanding their recipe repertoire.
Skills/ techniques/ content covered: Knife skills, vegetable preparation, adapting recipes, browning meat, serving suggestions, shaping and frying chapattis.
Age suitability: 16 years upwards.
Suitable for: A dairy-free diet. Can be adapted for a Vegetarian diet (subject to two places being booked at the same time). Please inform us at time of placing your order in ‘additional information’ if you would like the menu to be adapted for a vegetarian diet. For any other special dietary requirements, please contact us before booking.
Workshop Length: 1 hour 25 mins + 20 minutes dining.
Workshop Frequency: Once every couple of months.
What to bring: Just yourself! feel free to bring a bottle of beer or wine to enjoy as you cook and eat!

All courses and workshops include tuition, ingredients, packaging and recipe cards as well as provision of equipment and an apron during the session.
