Christmas Truffle Masterclass

What better way to begin a workshop than with chocolate tasting?!
You will sample a variety of chocolate and learn about the characteristics of cocoa from different regions around the world.
Louise will then take you through the techniques behind a simple ganache before you make your own tub to take home. You will then be given your own bowl of ganache which you will use to shape your truffles before you pipe, roll, dip and dust them in a delightful selection of coatings including cocoa, chopped nuts and more chocolate! Purchase as a unique gift for your loved one; sure to get you extra brownie points!
All courses and workshops include tuition, ingredients, packaging and recipe cards as well as provision of equipment and an apron during the session.
Please contact us before booking on if you have any special dietary needs as we endeavor to adapt recipes for special diets, however we are not always able to substitute ingredients.
