Children’s Holiday Cookery Club- Menu 5

Our children’s cooking club runs over the school holidays and is great for your budding chef. Your child will have fun learning to cook new dishes from scratch, whilst improving their practical skills and independence in the kitchen.

The Menus:

Menu 1: Mexican bean burgers – Smokey BBQ sauce – Bread Buns – Cinnamon sugar churros

Menu 2: Party rings – Herby focaccia muffins- tomato salsa

Menu 3: Smoky pumpkin soup – Cheesy doughballs – Toffee apple cupcakes

Menu 4- Chocolate Bourbon Biscuits. Tex-Mex Burritos

Menu 5 Iced buns – Calzone – Slaw

Christmas special– Chocolate tiffin truffle- Christmas spiced buns- Mini chocolate christmas puddings.

Age suitability: 8- 12 years. Please note that we are unable to accommodation any children aged 7 or under on this workshop due to the length of of the activity.

Suitable for: Vegetarians.  For any other special dietary requirements, please contact us before booking.

Tutor: Claire, Madeleine or Louise.

Workshop Length: 3 hours.

Workshop Frequency: 5-6 times per year.

What to bring: Just themselves! Feel free to bring along packaging, however this will be provided.

Please note: We advise that children wear covered, non-slip footwear for these workshops. A registration form will need to be completed for each child attending the workshop, please allow up to 5 minutes to complete this when dropping children off. Drop-offs for workshops is from ten minutes before the advertised start time. We are unfortunately unable to accommodate adults accompanying children on any of our child cookery workshops.

All courses and workshops include tuition, ingredients, packaging and recipe cards as well as provision of equipment and an apron during the session.

Please contact us before booking on if you have any special dietary needs as we endeavor to adapt recipes for special diets, however, we are not always able to substitute ingredients.

Bookings can be made up to 24 hours before the workshop commences (subject to availability of places).
