A Taste of Bilbao
21st March, from 6:30 pm to 8:30 pm
Following our trip to Bilbao in July 2018, we are bringing back an essence of the city in this fun-filled creative cookery workshop. You will make a range of delicious pintxos, perfect to enjoy with a few drinks, which will allow you to get properly creative with presentation and flavour combinations.
The menu: You will cook and assemble a range of pintxos.
Level/ Suitable for: Beginners to intermediate. Perfect for those who are interested in expanding their recipe repertoire.
Skills/ techniques/ content covered: Knife skills, vegetable preparation, pan frying, adapting recipes, serving suggestions, presentation ideas, flavour balance.
Age suitability: 18 years upwards.

Workshop Length: 2 hours to include dining.
Workshop Frequency: 6 times per year.
What to bring: Feel Free to bring along a bottle of beer or wine to enjoy as you cook or eat! Packaging will be available to take any left overs, but feel free to bring along your own tupperware or containers.

All courses and workshops include tuition, ingredients, packaging and recipe cards as well as provision of equipment and an apron during the session.
