Our 16-25 Cookery workshop is designed for those aged between 16 and 25 who are interested in brushing up on their cookery skills and expanding their recipe repertoire.

- Mac and cheese
- Rich beef lasagne

- Pulled-chicken noodle stir fry
- Chicken jalfrezi
- Seasonal slaw
Level/ Suitable for: Beginners to intermediate. Perfect for those who are keen to develop their cookery skills/ expand their recipe repertoire.
Skills/ techniques/ content covered: Knife skills, vegetable preparation, pan frying, slow cooking, jointing a chicken, adapting recipes, serving suggestions, dry roasting spices, flavour balance, making pastes, food storage, cooking on a budget.
Age suitability: 16-25 years.

Tutor: Claire or Madeleine.
Workshop Length: 6 hours to include lunch and break.
Workshop Frequency: Once a year.
What to bring: Packaging will be available, but feel free to bring along your own tupperware or containers.
Please note: Dishes are cooked in pairs.
All courses and workshops include tuition, ingredients, packaging and recipe cards as well as provision of equipment and an apron during the session.
Please contact us before booking on if you have any special dietary needs as we endeavor to adapt recipes for special diets, however, we are not always able to substitute ingredients.
