Spend an evening making and enjoying deliciously fresh, colourful and fragrant Vietnamese street food!
The menu: Banh Mi with imperial pork (outdoor bred) – Summer roll – Nuoc cham dipping sauce
Level/ Suitable for: Beginners to intermediate. Those with an interest in Asian cuisine/ expanding their recipe repertoire.
Skills/ techniques/ content covered: Knife skills, vegetable preparation, adapting recipes, browning meat, serving suggestions, flavour balancing, making a dipping sauce, marinating meat.
Age suitability: 16 years upwards.
Suitable for: Can be adapted for a dairy-free or Vegetarian diet. Please inform us at time of placing your order in ‘additional information’ if you would like the menu to be adapted for any of these. For any other special dietary requirements, please contact us before booking.

Workshop Length: 2 hours.
Workshop Frequency: 3-4 times per year.
What to bring: Just yourself! Feel free to bring along wine or beer to enjoy as you cook! Our beer expert Dan recommends Camden Hells lager or Pilsner Urquell.
Please note: Dishes are cooked in pairs, tickets are per person. Inductions hobs will be used during this workshop.
