The menu: Ruby and White rump steak served with a zesty lemon and parmesan rocket salad – Parmentier potatoes – Pudding au chocolat
Workshop Length: 2 hours + 30 minutes dining.
Level/ Suitable for: Beginners to intermediate. Perfect for those interested in French cuisine and cooking meat/ extending their recipe repertoire.
Skills/ techniques/ content covered: knife skills, vegetable prep, making a simple dressing, pan frying, cooking steak, adapting recipes, basic baking principles, dessert making.
Age suitability: 18 years upwards.
Tutor: Dot.
