The Chocolate Course
Learn the skills and techniques of working with chocolate from the pro- Louise Claridge!
Level/ Suitable for: Beginners to intermediate. Those with an interest in chocolate/ cake decorating/ baking/ patisserie.
Skills/ techniques/ content covered: Chocolate tastings, chocolate origins, process of chocolate making & food matching, tempering chocolate, chocolate shells, filling shells, chocolate decorations, moulding, piping and shaving, colouring chocolates, design and decorate your very own mini chocolate cake.
Age suitability: 16 years upwards (or 14/ 15 years if accompanied by a full paying adult over the age of 18 years).
Suitable for: Vegetarians. For any other special dietary requirements, please contact us before booking.
Workshop Length: 5 hours to include a light lunch.
Workshop Frequency: 2-3 times a year.
What to bring: Feel free to bring along your own tin or tupperware to package your goodies. Packaging will also be available.
