Taste the Heat
Love hot and spicy food? Want to learn more about different chilli varieties and how to use them? Come and cook, then Taste the Heat with a variety of delicious spicy dishes from different regions in this fun-packed evening class.
The menu: Mexican Chilli-Chocolate Pulled Pork Mole tacos – Super-Fiery Thai Som Tam Salad – Tangy American Buffalo Wings
Level/Suitable for: Beginners to intermediate. Those who enjoy eating and/or cooking spicy food/expanding their recipe repertoire.
Skills/techniques/content covered: Making pastes, knife skills, vegetable prep, adapting recipes, slow cooking meat.
Age suitability: 16 years upwards.
Suitable for: Meat eaters, however the menu can be adapted for vegetarians and vegans with notice. Please note this option needs to be booked as a pair and must be advised in additional comments when placing the order. For any other special dietary requirements, please contact us before booking.
Workshop Length: 2 hours + 30 minutes dining.
Workshop Frequency: This workshop is currently on hold, but due to start up again from Spring 2022.
