Our Pâtisserie Masterclass is perfect for those who want to recreate the delightful pastries enjoyed in French Pâtisseries!
The menu: Raspberry and vanilla Mille Feuille- Choux au caramel salé (Salted caramel Choux buns)
Level/ Suitable for: Beginners to intermediate. Those with an interest in baking/ patisserie/ desserts.
Skills/ techniques/ content covered: Choux pastry, piping, baking, raspberry coulis, raspberry gel, crème pâtissière, crème diplomat, finishing.
Age suitability: 16 years upwards (or 14/ 15 years if accompanied by a full paying adult over the age of 18 years).
Suitable for: Vegetarians. For any other special dietary requirements, please contact us before booking.
Workshop Length: 3 hours.
Workshop Frequency: Once a quarter.
What to bring: Feel free to bring along your own tin or tupperware to package your goodies. Packaging will also be available.
Please note: This class is run as a smaller group with just 8 spaces. The choux pastry, raspberry gel and crème pâtissière/ crème diplomat are made in pairs. Ready- made all butter puff pastry is provided.
