Passion for Pies

Learn how to make the most delicious flaky shortcrust pastry pies in this fun hands-on workshop!

The menu: Free-range chicken & chorizo/Cheesy leek & mushroom pie served with seasonal greens – Traditional apple pie served with icecream.

Level/ Suitable for: Beginners to intermediate.

Skills/ techniques/ content covered: Making pastry, basic knife skills, pie cooking, recipe adaptions, seasonality, presentation suggestions.

Age suitability: 18 years upwards (or 16-17 if attending with a full paying adult aged 18 or over).

Suitable for: Meat eaters and vegetarians, please note this cannot be adapted for gluten-free or vegan diets. For any other special diets, please contact use before booking.

Workshop Length: 2.5 hours (to include dining).

Workshop Frequency: Once every couple of months.
