Join us to cook up an authentic Italian-inspired menu perfect for recreating at home for you and your family or at a dinner party.
The menu: Fresh free-range egg pasta agnolotti filled with spinach and ricotta – Authentic tiramisu
Level/ Suitable for: Beginners to intermediate. Those with an interest in Italian cuisine/ expanding their recipe repertoire.
Skills/ techniques/ content covered: Pasta ingredients, kneading pasta dough, using a pasta machine, shaping pasta by hand, drying pasta, storing pasta, cooking pasta, adapting recipes, dessert making, piping, layering.
Age suitability: 16 years upwards.
Suitable for: Can be adapted for a Vegetarian diet. Not suitable for a dairy-free diet. Please inform us at time of placing your order in ‘additional information’ if you would like the menu to be adapted for this. For any other special dietary requirements, please contact us before booking.
Tutor: Dot or Louise.
Workshop Length: 2 hours + 30 minutes dining.
Workshop Frequency: 1-2 times per month.
What to bring: Just yourself! If you fancy bringing a bottle of wine to enjoy with the food, our expert Wine Tutor Rebecca Quayle-Long recommends: Gavi di Gavi or Chianti
Please note: You will make your own pasta dough, but work in pairs when using the pasta machine and when making the dessert, tickets are sold per person.. Induction hobs will be used during this workshop.
