Mustard and herb crusted rack of lamb, dauphinoise potatoes with oven roasted tomatoes.
Level/ Suitable for: Beginners to intermediate. Perfect for those who want to build confidence in the kitchen or are keen to develop their cookery skills further/ expanding their recipe repertoire.

Age suitability: 16 years upwards.
