Classic Cuisine

Join us to cook up some Classic Cuisine focusing on cookery skills and techniques.

The menu: 

Mustard and herb crusted rack of lamb, dauphinoise potatoes with oven roasted tomatoes.

Level/ Suitable for: Beginners to intermediate. Perfect for those who want to build confidence in the kitchen or are keen to develop their cookery skills further/ expanding their recipe repertoire.

Skills/ techniques/ content covered: Knife skills, vegetable preparation, meat preparation, trimming rack of lamb, oven roasting, rendering, cooking risotto, adapting recipes, serving suggestions, presentation ideas.

Age suitability: 16 years upwards.

Suitable for: Meat eaters! For any special dietary requirements, please contact us before booking.

Tutor: Madeleine.

Workshop Length: 1 hours 40 mins + 20 minutes dining.

Workshop Frequency: 2-3 times per year.

Please note: The rack of lamb is trimmed independently and the dauphinoise potatoes are made in pairs. This workshop is being discontinued. The last date it will run is 4th April 2019.
