Join us for this introduction to cookery evening course, where you will cook up a different kitchen classic each week from scratch, whilst building your cookery skills, confidence and recipe repertoire!
The menu: Week 1: Chorizo and roasted vegetable pasta bake/ Week 2: Chicken, mushroom and thyme puff pie with a side of seasonal vegetables/ Week 3: Shepherds pie
Level/ Suitable for: Beginners.
Skills/ techniques/ content covered: Meat prep, vegetable prep, browning meat, oven roasting, baking, pan frying, making a red sauce, making a white sauce, presentation ideas, serving suggestions, kitchen equipment.
Age suitability: 16 years upwards (or 14/15 years if accompanied by a full paying adult over the age of 18 years).

Workshop Length: 1.5 hours x3
Workshop Frequency: 1-2 times per year.
What to bring: Just yourself! Feel free to bring a bottle of wine or beer along to enjoy whilst cooking!
