Hummus Lunch
To celebrate the launch of Harriet Nussbaum’s first book, Hummus: A Global History, we are offering a workshop dedicated to hummus-making. Learn to make wonderful hummus and accompaniments and enjoy them as a delicious workshop lunch. What’s more, all participants will take home a copy of Harriet’s hummus book, including six fantastic recipes.
The menu: Homemade hummus topped with chickpeas and parsley, chopped middle eastern salad, olives and pickles, pitta
Level/ Suitable for: Everyone!
Skills/ techniques/ content covered: Making hummus from scratch and serving it as a centrepiece.
Age suitability: 18 years upwards (0r 16/17 if accommodated by a full paying adult).
Suitable for: Vegans, vegetarians, omnivores.
