Easter Egg Masterclass
During this Easter special workshop, learn how to create a perfect moulded Easter egg with that snap!
Skills/ techniques/contents covered: Using the finest quality Callebaut milk, white and dark chocolate you will be shown how to hand pipe your own creative design into the mould. You will then flood your design with the chocolate of your choice, to create the smooth and deliciously thin (but strong) chocolate shell. Once you have two moulded halves you will be shown how sandwich together to create the completed egg! In addition to the Easter egg, you will also make some simple chocolate truffles, a wonderful surprise inside your beautiful hand-crafted egg!
Age suitability: Adults (or 14 years and upwards if attending with a full paying adult over the age of 18 years). Please see our Adult and Child Easter Egg Masterclass if you would like to attend with a child aged 13 years and under.
Suitable for: Beginners to intermediate. Any chocoholic, those who like to produce handmade gifts, and anyone after a special Easter experience. For any special dietary requirements, please contact us before booking.
