DIY Pizza & Dine
Come along to Little Kitchen and learn how to make you own pizza base from scratch and a simple tomato sauce to top it!
The menu: Pizza! You make the base and sauce and select your choice of toppings from a variety provided!
Level/ Suitable for: Beginners to intermediate. Those with an interest in baking/ bread making/ making meals.
Skills/ techniques/ content covered: bread ingredients, biga pre-ferment, kneading, rising, shaping, baking, making a tomato sauce.
Age suitability: 16 years upwards.
Suitable for: Vegetarians and vegans. We can provide a dairy-free cheese for a £1.50 supplement, please advise in additional information if you would like this option. For any other special dietary requirements, please contact us before booking.
Tutor: Louise, Dot, or Ceri.
Workshop Length: 2.5 hours.
Workshop Frequency: Once every couple of months.

Please note: The pizza dough is made independently, and the tomato sauce is made in pairs. Tickets are sold individually This is a dine-in workshop. Inductions hobs will be used during this workshop.
