Join us for our Curry express workshop and make a delicious Jalfrezi using your freshly blended spices and enjoy with simple fresh chapatis, learning the tips and tricks behind these Indian classics.
The menu: Free-range chicken Jalfrezi/Vegetable Jalfrezi – Chapatti’s
(Please advise in additional comments when making your booking, which curry option you wish to cook, please note this is cooked in pairs)
Level/ Suitable for: Beginners to intermediate. Those with an interest in Asian cuisine/ expanding their recipe repertoire.
Skills/ techniques/ content covered: Knife skills, vegetable preparation, adapting recipes, browning meat, serving suggestions, shaping and frying chapattis.
Age suitability: 16 years upwards.
Suitable for: A dairy-free diet. For any other special dietary requirements, please contact us before booking.
Workshop Length: 1 hour 25 mins + 20 minutes dining.
Workshop Frequency: Once every couple of months.
What to bring: Just yourself! feel free to bring a bottle of beer or wine to enjoy as you cook and eat!
Please note: Dishes are cooked in pairs, tickets are per person. This is a dine-in workshop, although feel free to bring packaging if you wish to take it away. Inductions hobs will be used during this workshop.
