Chinese Cookery Evening
Back by popular demand! Join us at Little Kitchen and cook up some delicious and comforting Chinese Street Food!
The menu: Sing Mai (Singapore noodle) – Pork and ginger Wor Tip (AKA pot stickers/ dumplings) – chilli and ginger dipping sauce
Level/ Suitable for: Beginners to intermediate.
Skills/ techniques/ content covered: Shaping, basic knife skills, making a dipping sauce, stir frying, recipe adaptions, presentation suggestions.
Age suitability: 18 years upwards (or 16-17 if attending with a full paying adult aged 18 or over).
Suitable for: A dairy-free diet. Can be adapted to suit a vegetarian diet with notice. Please advise of this in additional comments at time of booking. For any other special diets, please contact use before booking.
Workshop Length: 2 1/4 hours (to include dining).
Workshop Frequency: Once every couple of months.
What to bring: Just yourself. Feel free to bring along wine or beer to enjoy as you cook and eat your food.
Please note: You will work in pairs to cook. Induction hobs will be used during this workshop.
