Mini celebration cake masterclass

Join us for this masterclass, where you will be taken step-by-step, through how to create your very own mini celebration cake to give you skills and confidence to go super-size when you decorate your next cake!

Level/ Suitable for: Beginners to intermediate. Those with an interest in sugar craft/ cake decorating.

Skills/ techniques/ content covered: The basics of splitting, filling and crumb coating a sponge cake. achieving a perfect a smooth professional iced finish, simple decoration techniques, message writing, simple sugar flowers.

Age suitability: 16 years upwards (or 14/ 15 years if accompanied by a full paying adult over the age of 18 years).

Suitable for: Vegetarians. This workshop is unsuitable for dairy-free, vegan or gluten-free diets. For any other special dietary requirements, please contact us before booking.

Workshop Frequency: 2-3 times a year.

What to bring: Feel free to bring along your own tin or Tupperware to package your cake. Packaging will also be available.

Please note: The cake box, board and all materials are provided. The all-butter and free-range egg cakes are ready baked in advance so you can focus on mastering the skills you will be practicing.
