Back by popular demand, nearly 5 years after it went into retirement! Join us at Little Kitchen and cook up some Caribbean Street Food; vibrant, soulful, comforting and sure to make your taste buds dance!
The menu: Free-range jerk chicken – Rice ‘n peas – Caribbean style-slaw
Level/ Suitable for: Beginners to intermediate.
Skills/ techniques/ content covered: Making a marinade, basic knife skills, cooking, recipe adaptions, seasonality, presentation suggestions.
Age suitability: 18 years upwards (or 16-17 if attending with a full paying adult aged 18 or over).
Suitable for: A dairy-free or gluten-free diet. Please advise of this in additional comments at time of booking. For any other special diets, please contact use before booking.

Workshop Length: 2 1/4 hours (to include dining).
Workshop Frequency: Once every couple of months.
