Afternoon Tea
Our Afternoon tea is the perfect mid-afternoon indulgence where you can get semi hands-on with making a selection of delicate, charming treats to excite the taste buds and please the eye!
The menu from scratch: Fruited scones (served with jam and clotted cream)
The menu for assembling: Zesty mini lemon tarts – Frosted red velvet cake- Ganache-filled macarons
Level/ Suitable for: Beginners.
Skills/ techniques/ content covered: Rubbing in, cutting out, piping, baking, finishing and storage.
Age suitability: 14 years upwards if accompanied by a full paying adult over the age of 18 years.
Suitable for: Vegetarians. Unsuitable for a dairy-free, vegan, gluten-free diet. For any other special dietary requirements, please contact us before booking.

Workshop Length: 2 hours to include dining

Please note: This workshop is not as hands-on as our other workshops. Tickets are sold in pairs. You will make the scones individually, all other items will just involve assembling. A selection of freshly made finger sandwiches will be be served alongside your treats as well as a glass of Elderflower presse or tea or coffee.
