A Taste of Bilbao
Following our trip to Bilbao in July 2018, we are bringing back an essence of the city, in this fun-filled creative cookery workshop. You will make a range of delicious pintxos (peen-chos), perfect to enjoy with a few drinks, which will allow you to get creative with presentation and flavour combinations.
The menu: Pancetta, parmesan and chive croquettas – Serrano ham rings – Caramelised red onion – Parmesan courgette fritas
Level/ Suitable for: Beginners to intermediate. Perfect for those who are interested in expanding their recipe repertoire.
Skills/ techniques/ content covered: Knife skills, vegetable preparation, pan frying, adapting recipes, serving suggestions, presentation ideas, flavour balance.
Age suitability: 18 years upwards.
Suitable for: Meat and cheese eaters! Unfortunately we are unable to adapt this for a vegetarian, vegan diet, dairy-free or gluten-free. For any other special dietary requirements, please contact us before booking.

Workshop Length: 2 hours to include dining.
Workshop Frequency: 3-4 times per year.
What to bring: Feel Free to bring along a bottle of beer or wine to enjoy as you cook or eat! Packaging will be available to take any left overs, but feel free to bring along your own tupperware or containers.
Please note: All dishes are cooked in pairs. Tortilla Española is served on arrival. The whipped goats cheese and red pepper salsa is freshly made by us, ready for assembling.
