INTRODUCTION TO FERMENTATION

Join us for our Introduction to fermentation workshop, where you will learn all about 3 different methods of fermentation. You’ll make a range of different ferments including fermented vegetables and kimchi, and enjoy a delicious lunch during the class!

ESSENTIAL SKILLS COOKERY

Join our 4 week course to brush up on your cookery skills. The course is perfect for anyone about to leave home, those new to the kitchen looking for a foundation of basic cookery skills or those just looking for new ideas for meal times. Running over 4 consecutive weeks, you’ll cook a new delicious meal each week and sit down to enjoy your food together at the end of each session.

HUMMUS LUNCH

To celebrate the launch of Harriet Nussbaum’s first book, Hummus: A Global History, we are offering a workshop dedicated to hummus-making. Learn to make wonderful hummus and accompaniments and enjoy them as a delicious workshop lunch. What’s more, all participants will take home a copy of Harriet’s hummus book, including six fantastic recipes.
