This course is perfect for those new to the kitchen looking for a foundation of basic cookery skills or those just looking for new ideas for meal times. Running over 4 consecutive weeks, you’ll cook a new delicious meal each week, whilst learning new skills in each dish and sit down to enjoy your food together at the end of each session.
Week 1: Roasted vegetable lasagne with dressed salad.
Week 2: Aromatic chicken curry with rice and quick pickle.
Week 3: Lamb kofta flatbreads with creamy hummus.
Week 4: Pan fried sea-bass with potato wedges and crushed peas.
All meat used is free-range locally sourced from Ruby and White Butchers.
