We are 3!
Today we are celebrating our 3rd Birthday. Three years ago today; after a month of hard work, putting together Ikea furniture, negotiating with electricians and painting walls; we were finally ready to open our doors to Brislington and the rest of Bristol!
We’ve had a great past three years, teaching everything from patisserie to curry, in schools, community groups and private venues, as well as from our premises in Brislington, but the best thing has been the lovely people we’ve met along the way, from young students starting to cook, couples wanting a fun date-night, to grandparents wanting to learn new dishes and meet new people. As well as customers we’ve been so lucky to have such wonderful staff working with us, Louise our amazing tutor, Sylwia our super-organised assistant (sadly leaving this week) and Rachel our lovely new assistant, as well as guest tutors Rob (Scotch egg master) and Becky (wine expert).
We would like to take this opportunity to thank all of our loyal customers who have supported our small independent local business for the past 3 years, and we look forward to meeting even more new faces in the upcoming year.
