Indulgent MIA hot chocolate recipe

We love this hot chocolate recipe, as a treat on rainy days!

For a superior hot chocolate we recommend MIA Chocolate, which comes in the most beautiful packaging, with the most delicious flavours, as well as being ethically made.

Cooking time: 15 minutes
Difficulty level: Simple
Serves: 2 people


2 Mugs of whole milk

1 x 75g bar of MIA Chocolate (we use Almond and Coconut flavour, but all work well!)


  1. Pour the milk into a medium pan, and heat to a simmer on a medium heat. Stir regularly to ensure it does not burn on the pan base.
  2. Bash the chocolate with a rolling pin to small pieces.
  3. Take the milk off of the heat and stir in the chocolate, keep stirring until dissolved.
  4. Serve straight away!
