Love hot and spicy food? Want to learn more about different chilli varieties and how to use them? Come and cook then Taste the Heat with a variety of delicious spicy dishes from different regions in this fun-packed evening class.
The menu: Mexican Chilli-Chocolate Mole- Super-Fiery Thai Jungle Curry – Tangy American Buffalo wings
Level/ Suitable for: Beginners to intermediate. Those who enjoy eating and/or cooking spicy food/ expanding their recipe repetoire.
Skills/ techniques/ content covered: Making pastes, knife skills, vegetable prep, adapting recipes, slow cooking meat.
Age suitability: 16 years upwards.
Suitable for:The menu can be adapted for vegetarians and vegans, please note this needs to be booked as a pair and advised in additional comments when placing the order. For any other special dietary requirements, please contact us before booking.
Workshop Length: 2 hours + 30 minutes dining.
Workshop Frequency: Once a quarter.

Please note: Dishes are cooked in pairs. This is a dine-in class.
