Master fresh egg pasta, learning the tips and tricks behind this Italian staple!
During our one and a half hour relaxing afternoon workshop, we will take you step-by-step through how to make delicious fresh egg tagliatelle, farfelle and orecchiette as well as a fresh basil and spinach pesto, which you will be able to take away that afternoon to enjoy at home. You will learn about the ingredients, techniques behind making fresh pasta, as well as tips for adapting the recipes.
If you have special dietary requirements, please contact us before booking. We are sometimes able to substitute ingredients to accommodate special diets.
Please note that this is not a dine-in session.
All courses and workshops include tuition, ingredients, packaging and recipe cards as well as provision of equipment and an apron during the session.
