Learn how to make magical macarons, just like those you would find in a Parisian Patisserie!
You will be taken through how to make a sugar syrup for your Italian meringue, piping, resting and baking your shells. Whilst your macarons are resting and baking you will be offered a complimentary hot drink and a sweet treat before you then personalise your butter cream with your choice of colour and flavour, choosing from salted caramel, coffee, raspberry, peanut butter and orange to name a few! Lastly you will sandwich your shells together with your deliciously smooth filling and package them up in a presentation box to transport them home to show off and share with friends and family!
