We will take you step-by-step through how to make magical macarons, just like those you would find in a Parisian Patisserie!
You will be taken through making a sugar syrup for your Italian meringue, a pâte d’amande, piping, resting and baking your shells. Whilst your macarons are baking you will make a deliciously smooth butter cream filling, personalising with your choice of colour and flavour, choosing from salted caramel, coffee and orange to name a few! You will then sandwich your shells together with your filling and package them up in a presentation box to transport them home and show off and share with friends and family!
