If you are aged between 16 and 21 and are interested in brushing up on your cookery skills then we have the perfect course for you!

Level/ Suitable for: Beginners to intermediate. Perfect for those who are keen to develop their cookery skills/ expand their recipe repertoire.
Skills/ techniques/ content covered: Knife skills, vegetable preparation, pan frying, slow cooking, jointing a chicken, adapting recipes, serving suggestions, dry roasting spices, flavour balance, making pastes, food storage, cooking on a budget.
Age suitability: 16-21 years.
Suitable for: Meat eaters! Day 1 suitable for vegetarians. For any other special dietary requirements, please contact us before booking.
Tutor: Claire or Madeleine.
Workshop Length: 4 hours to include dining.
Workshop Frequency: Once a year.
What to bring: Packaging will be available, but feel free to bring along your own tupperware or containers.
Please note: Dishes are cooked in pairs.
