Cook up and enjoy some delicious Indian style street food snacks!

The menu: Authentic Onion bhaji’s and Spicy lamb kati rolls with pickles.

Level/ Suitable for: Beginners to intermediate. Those with an interest in Indian cuisine/ expanding their recipe repertoire.

Skills/ techniques/ content covered: Knife skills, vegetable preparation, adapting recipes, working with spices.

Age suitability: 18 years upwards.

Suitable for: The menu can be adapted for a vegetarian or vegan diet with notice.  Please inform us at time of placing your order in ‘additional information’ if you would like the menu to be adapted for these. For any other special dietary requirements, please contact us before booking.
